Conan Edogawa, a young detective, is on the hunt for a serial killer that targets police officers. Conan's roommate and best friend, Rachel, becomes an eyewitness to an attempted murder of Detective Sato. Conan's purpose becomes to find the killer before the killer finds Rachel. Meanwhile, Rachel experiences post-traumatic stress disorder and has developed amnesia and has subsequently seen a psychiatrist.
